All students have an individual printing account. Each time you print, the charge is taken from your account.
New students have an initial
FREE
printing allowance. Find out how much you’ve got by moving the mouse over
the dollar sign
(bottom right of the screen).
As long as there is money in your printing account, you can print. If the money runs out during printing, the document will finish printing but you won’t be able to print any more until you’ve arranged for a top-up.
You can top up your account at the Help Desk in the Library.
REMEMBER
You have to pay for any blank or unwanted pages that you print. Use Print Preview to view your document then delete any blank pages before you print.
Printing from the Internet could cost you a lot. A screenful of information may only be part of a much larger file and all of it may print - you will be charged for every page.
Don’t leave your account open for others to use. Log off when you finish.
